Capricorn Music creates Signature Sound for ORF ON

ORF ON, the new streaming platform of ORF, has been offering a wide range of content for viewers and listeners since May 2024. The platform is aimed at a diverse audience – from young to old – with a modern offering that spans information, culture, sports, and entertainment. ORF ON combines live and on-demand formats. For its launch, the platform was looking for a distinctive sound logo that would reflect its modern identity and appeal to a broad audience. In a blind audition, I was able to win the pitch with my proposal and had the honor of creating the sound logo for ORF ON – a Signature Sound that is set to define the platform’s identity for many years to come.


Since the beginning of October, a comprehensive 360-degree advertising campaign has been running, promoting ORF ON on television, radio, online, in print, and on social media. Key terms such as “Emotion” and “Inspiration” highlight the platform’s core values and its rich variety of content. I’m thrilled to have also provided the music for this campaign, helping to engage ORF ON’s entire target audience musically.



A special thanks goes to the team at ORF Marketing & Communication and the Zunder agency for their professional collaboration. It was our goal to support the vision of ORF ON, and we hope to reach as many people as possible.
